Machines sign an EIP-3009 transfer on Base L2; human engineers buy card credits. Every paid execution returns a cryptographically signed XDR-1 receipt for zero-knowledge audit trails.

Response Format

Deterministic JSON payload fields: ok, standard, dispute_id, verdict, upheld, remedy, remedy_detail, receipt_digest. Paid responses also carry an offline-verifiable receipt object (XDR-1, secp256k1 signature recoverable to the authorized signer).
