Response Format

Deterministic JSON payload fields: ok, standard, subject, tier, score_bp, unsettled_exposure_hint_minor, evidence, policy_notice, receipt_digest. Paid responses also carry an offline-verifiable receipt object (XDR-1, secp256k1 signature recoverable to the authorized signer).
