Paid Verification Tiers for Relying Parties

For banks, exchanges, registries and high-volume relying parties verifying signed receipts in bulk via POST /v1/receipt/verify/batch with an entitlement key (Authorization: Bearer ek_...), or scoping custom relying-party terms agreed in writing per contract.

Delivery status (read before buying): per-receipt verification is live and free at POST /v1/receipt/verify. Bulk verification is live at POST /v1/receipt/verify/batch β€” unauthenticated evaluation callers may run up to the daily free-call allowance (up to 10 receipts per batch), and Verifier Pro (Authorization: Bearer ek_...) unlocks up to 1,000 receipts per request across its monthly verification quota, each verified by the same implementation as the single endpoint, with per-item verdicts. The verifying key set is public at /.well-known/jwks.json, cacheable and add-only on rotation, so a relying party may mirror it (send If-None-Match with the returned ETag). Dedicated JWKS mirror provisioning and webhook revocation push remain contract-scoped deliverables with a delivery date agreed in writing. No uptime percentage is published on this site, because there is no measured basis for one yet.

PlanPriceWhat it includesCheckout
Verifier Pro $500/mo Legacy bulk-verification access ($500/mo). Dedicated JWKS mirror, revocation push and a service-level percentage are not included. Receipt verification remains free. Choose plan
Verifier Institutional $10000/mo Legacy institutional verification access ($10,000/mo). Regulatory reporting and a bespoke service-level agreement are not included. Choose plan

Metered spend gate β€” bring your own upstream

Put a spend cap, idempotency and a hash-chained ledger in front of the API calls your agents already make. You keep your own upstream keys; you pay for the gate, never for a resale of upstream usage. Payment settles before the upstream call runs, so a failed settlement costs the caller no upstream call, and a retry with the same idempotency key is never charged twice.

ItemPriceNotes
Gated call, pay per call$0.001x402 (EIP-3009) on Base; settles before the upstream call
Gated call, prepaid credit$0.0008Top up once, receive a token with a daily cap and a per-call maximum; no per-call settlement
Minimum top-up$0.10Prepaid balance is spent down; the token states its own expiry and caps
Hash chain and its verificationfreeGET /v1/audit/head, GET /v1/audit/verify; an edited, inserted or deleted row breaks the chain

Manifest and live prices: gate.hcrb.in/.well-known/x402.json; health and payment configuration: gate.hcrb.in/health. A 30-day pilot with caps, retained receipts and a scoped integration is available per contract β€” see pilot terms.

Delivery status: the gate is live and returns the prices above in its 402 challenge. The prepaid top-up path is verified end-to-end against a mock facilitator and, as of 2026-10-04, is pending one settle on Base mainnet with a funded test wallet β€” until that lands, treat mainnet credit issuance as unproven rather than promised.

Evaluate the result before buying

Run your known valid and invalid examples through the playground, inspect the response and its scope, and compare it with your existing process. Identifier checks detect structural and checksum errors. A signed receipt records the check and its result; it does not establish account ownership or a successful payment.

Use REST in an application, MCP in an agent, or inspect UCP discovery. Contact support for plan or delivery questions.
